Program Description The Post Diploma in Human Resources Management is a two year program that provides students with an in-depth understanding of human resources management topics to become supervisors, managers and human resource professionals.
This program is designed for those interested in careers in the following:
- Employee Selection, Recruitment and Retention
- Labour Relations and Workplace Conflict Resolution
- Employment Law
- Compensation and Benefits
- Employee Training and Development
The program curriculum is designed to ensure graduates are eligible to take the National Knowledge Exam, the first step towards the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation.
