Program Description
Cambrian College's Human Resources Management graduate certificate program provides students with the practical insight and enhanced skills they need to move into the dynamic and growing profession of human resources. The curriculum is designed to boost existing qualifications held by students and to support those who intend to pursue their Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. The nine core courses required to access the National Knowledge Exam (NKE) are approved by the Ontario Human Resources Professionals Association. Additional courses include mediation, practitioner seminars, and an eight-week placement in a professional human resources environment.
