Study abroad consultation for Canada, Australia, UK, USA, New Zealand, and Germany
University selection, admission processing, and documentation
Student visa filing and guidance
IELTS and PTE Academic coaching
Scholarship identification and application assistance
Education loan guidance and bank liaison
Pre-departure orientation and post-arrival support

3. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, meet all deadlines, attend scheduled appointments, and pay fees on time. Red Star is not liable for any rejection caused by incorrect information from the client.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are communicated upfront. Government fees (visa, exam, university) are separate and non-refundable. All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Important: We do not guarantee visa approval, university admission, scholarship awards, loan sanction, or specific IELTS/PTE scores. These are decided solely by the respective authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on redstargo.com is the property of Red Star Immigration and protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Sangrur, Punjab under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
