VU's Bachelor of Business gives students the knowledge, skills and professional development to succeed in the constantly changing global business workforce Before starting the majors curriculum in Accounting from 2nd year, students will develop a solid grounding in business in 1st year By completing all units in accounting major, students will be eligible for admission into the CPA (one of the world's largest accounting bodies) Program, CPA Australia offers membership to VU students upon graduation when the appropriate sequence of units is completed Students wanting to be eligible for the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Program must also complete Taxation Law and Practice and Auditing as part of their undergraduate course Graduates with an Accounting major can gain employment in accounting practices, medium and large corporations, the public sector and not-for-profit organisations
