Students will learn about construction principles and methods, building legislation, conflict management, contract conditions and administration, estimating material and labour costs, tender bidding, report writing and environmental sustainability, and building economies This is the course for the students who are good with details and enjoy planning, organising and seeing a project through to the end Students will be working on physical projects while they’re being constructed, so things will constantly change providing new challenges to keep things fresh
