Diploma in Hospitality Management Level 5 produce graduates that are competent in a range of operational hospitality skills in food and beverage service, accommodation services and kitchen production In addition, the qualification will enable the development of supervisory and management skills and knowledge that can be utilized throughout most sectors of the hospitality industry in New Zealand and overseas Students will learn how to manage facilities, inventories and supplies and how to monitor and maintain operating procedures
