Course Description Its aim is to provide students with an excellent technical understanding of viticulture through provision of a relevant and coherent body of grapegrowing and viticulture knowledge and practice and industry-relevant skills The program builds on student’s prior knowledge from their degree study, emphasising the specific scientific, technical and managerial aspects of grapegrowing and winemaking Upon completion of the program students may pursue a career as a Viticulturist, Vineyard contractor, Technical consultant, Researcher etc. The subjects that student will study includes Viticulture science and practice, Soil science, Vine physiology, Botany, Vine health etc.
