Program Description Successful completion of the Hospitality Services (Pre-Hospitality) program academically qualifies people for entry into several programs in the Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts. These programs are Culinary Management; Hospitality – Hotel Operations Management; Culinary Skills – Chef Training; Baking and Pastry Arts Management; Culinary Management – Nutrition; Tourism and Hospitality Management; and Special Event Management. The program is closely linked to operators of recognized hotels, restaurants and catering companies in Toronto, and includes an industry externship for qualified students.
