The degree combines engineering theory with a strong applied, practical component Students will develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills and gain an in-depth understanding of the principles underlying technology Students will also learn principles of management, communications and economics Students will study courses such as: Highway Engineering, Civil Engineering Construction Practices, Civil Materials, Land Surveying, Engineering Site Investigation, etc. Graduates can work in the design, construction and maintenance of the natural and physically built environments
