Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Systems) requires in-depth knowledge of digital and analog electronic systems along with a detailed understanding of computer architecture, software design, and hardware-software interfacing Students will graduate conversant in the fundamental physical sciences, computer architecture, digital electronics, data communications, interfacing, real-time and embedded systems, robotics and software development Graduates will have multiple technical and transferable skill competencies with strong analytical skills that help them to lead multiple complex projects Students are required to complete practicum placement(s) as part of this course because, during the course, students will be required to undertake a minimum of 12 weeks of practical work experience located in an engineering industry environment
