Program Description Bachelor of Arts Community Studies (BACS) gives you the tools to play an active role in your community. Whether you’re after a career in law enforcement, health and wellness, or want to become a business leader in your community, BACS is an academic journey built around your unique interests and personal motivation with the end goal of a fulfilling career. The BACS degree allows students to choose from an extensive selection of disciplines. This degree provides you with the flexibility to personalize your program according to your career interests. In addition to the Core Community Studies courses, students choose an Academic Field in one discipline plus Career related courses in 2-3 others and electives.
