Course Description On this course, students will develop their ability to manage multiple real estate projects, as well as teams of other professionals in the field, while also getting the skills to efficiently solve the complex problems that can emerge during real estate management projects Students will be taught by staff from a wide range of relevant backgrounds, including chartered surveyors, architects, civil engineers, economists, town planners, lawyers, and environmentalists Students will visit sites, study locally based case studies and undertake ‘real-life’ community practice projects that will introduce you to various facets of integrative real estate management
