Course Description Students will study key themes in the field, including Budgets and Commercial Management, People Management and Risk, and Project Investigation and Systems Methods Students will study strategic and practical approaches in different business environments and understand how they influence of successful project management on any organization On this program, students will take their studies to postgraduate level and get to grips with the principles and practice of project management Students who are enrolled in the September intake complete course in 1 year, and those who are enrolled in the January intake complete course in 15 months
