In this master degree, students will study advanced topics in wireless and mobile communication systems, information theory and coding, and telecommunication networks In the first year of study, students will study specialist telecommunications areas such as communication systems, internet technology and optical communications As part of the degree students also have the option to obtain industry experience through a work-based project In the second year, students will take further specialist telecommunications courses in areas such as networks, wireless and mobile communications; and information theory and coding
