Program Description This program is intended for students who have a solid foundation in DSLR operation and want to develop their unique creativity to a professional standard in order to be competitive in the field of photography and its related industries.
Students will explore a chosen photographic discipline where projects will be based on their choice of specialization and result in a professional portfolio that aligns with their personal career goals. Furthermore, students will gain entrepreneurial experience such as marketing and job pricing, by working with real clients as they operate an on-campus creative service centre that will provide photography and video production to the local community.
Throughout the year students will have field trips to meet with professionals in the industry and visit trade shows and conferences to research new products and future trends in the ever changing field of photography.
