FULL DESCRIPTION
Program Description The Stagecraft and Event Technology Diploma Program provides pre-employment training, upgrading and transferability for students interested in a career within the entertainment industry. The program provides a combination of academic and practical experience with courses in stage lighting, audio techniques, set painting, computer assisted drafting, multimedia technology, stage management and stagecraft for TV and film.
Graduates of this program have gone on to work in a wide variety of settings, including traditional theatre; opera; film and TV; sales and service companies; cruise ships; concert touring; events and festivals; and museums.
