Program Description This Ontario College Diploma program delivered in an intensive format over 40 weeks prepares students to work effectively with disadvantaged individuals, groups and communities. The program consists of three levels where learning occurs in both the classroom and practical settings. The curriculum includes courses in social work methods, behaviour management, social welfare systems, addictions and community development. To gain exposure to working with a wide range of client groups, students are required to complete field work placements in Levels 02 and 03.
