Students will learn to develop critical infrastructures such as bridges, buildings, airports, roads, railways and water systems Students will become equipped to work creatively and sustainably in the design, construction and maintenance of critical infrastructure Students will get hands-on experience and knowledge in areas such as: road design and traffic management geospatial science for engineers soil mechanics hydraulics and hydrology geotechnical engineering reinforced concrete design In the first year, students will develop a strong, general foundation in engineering and then move into civil engineering major. In the third year, students have the option to choose a minor in Environmental Management or Transportation
