Northern Alberta Institute of Technology offers a four years bachelors degree in Applied Information Systems Technology Students gain advanced knowledge of emerging technologies along with sound leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills Students focus on leading-edge technologies used in the analysis, design, and implementation of sophisticated e-commerce and other IT systems Graduates learn to plan, install and manage computer networks and internetworks in a wide range of industries Students must complete one academic year (2 four-month semesters) of mandatory work experience in their related major. Students must have successfully completed eight (8) academic courses prior to registering for their first work experience term
