Program Description This two year advanced credential prepares students for leadership roles in the hospitality and service sectors. Students work on real projects in the business community and or management simulation exercises closely mirroring the real world. Students gain practical marketing and management skills with the curriculum also focusing on sustainability, event management, revenue management and strategic planning. The program includes a work experience component and capstone course.
