Course Description Students will explore the best methods for optimizing supply chain relationships and the logistics of production, including considerations from an engineering perspective Core studies include the essentials of project management, product development, operations management and resource integration management If students complete Advanced Project Management and Introduction to Finance as their elective, then they will be graduated with two graduate diplomas - the Graduate Diploma in Operations and Production Management and the Graduate Diploma in Project Management
