Course Description
In the current business environment, professionals have much more responsibility. Today, they are leaders and managers. Indeed, one of the major challenges they face is managing complex projects that are critical to their business organizations. The Project Management program is a two term Ontario College Graduate Certificate program where students gain skills in program management and business leadership. The program includes all 10 project management knowledge areas based on the PMI ® A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) – Sixth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2017 - including: project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, procurement management and stakeholder management. In addition, students expand their business leadership skills and the use of project management software.
