Currently this course is not offered by the institute Computer Network Engineering programme will enable students to gain a Computer Network Engineering Level 5 and 6 qualification Students will gain knowledge in theoritical and practical part of: PC components and systems Personal computer operating systems Installation and configuration of common operating systems Connection of work stations to a network Common security issues and solutions to them Aquire skills in: Hardware troubleshooting at the module replacement level Operating systems troubleshooting at the level of reconfiguration or reinstallation Network connectivity problems, at the work station level Monitoring the security state of a system Communication with clients Proper customer service Working on a helpdesk
