Program Description Real Estate Appraisal and Assessment grads from Lakeland College have been pursuing successful careers for over 3 decades.
Offered as a major in a business administration diploma, your first year includes some basic business courses Through the 2 years you'll take courses that will get you ready to work in both urban and rural settings in property tax assessment, with a municipality, private industry, real estate, tax appeal agencies, mortgage lending operations and public or private appraising.
Your training will include assessment principles, computerized mass appraisal valuation of properties, farmland evaluation and property analysis.
