Program Description The Business – Human Resources program at George Brown College in Toronto provides students with a practical approach to human resources management that prepares them for a variety of careers within this growing field. They will learn to: Design human resources policies and programs that adhere to employment legislation Attract, retain and develop a productive workforce Manage employee diversity Ensure health and safety at the workplace Advise on employee/labour relations This program enables you to work towards obtaining the professional designations offered through the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (HRPA).
