This course will develop student's knowledge and understanding of research and evidence-based nursing and healthcare practice as well as professional issues which impact on the quality of nursing care and professional practice Student will be able to critically analyse models of care and practice which impact on professional practice in nursing, evaluate the quality of evidence required to engage in effective nursing practice and to underpin practice development and improvement, and critically evaluate core ethical principles underpinning the practice of nursing
