Program Description With an influx of technology companies providing a wealth of training opportunities for our students, and good jobs for our graduates, it is an exciting time to be a computer scientist on Prince Edward Island. Both traditional IT industries and the newly (to PEI) emerging industries of video game development and e-health are experiencing rapid growth. With demand from employers outstripping the supply of qualified graduates, computer science is an excellent career choice and on PEI there is an acute shortage of highly skilled workers.
