The Consecutive Education program is available upon completion of an undergraduate degree, and certifies successful candidates to teach at the Elementary or Secondary level in Ontario. This two-year program combines attention to individual learners in small class settings with a community-based approach. The program is guided by a philosophy of ecological and social justice, recognition of learner diversity and well-being, curriculum excellence, and a commitment to professionalism. Students apply the theory and skills they learn in their courses to the classroom and think critically about their practice.
