Program Description Students can differentiate their Bachelor of Business Administration degree by taking a minor in Human Resources Management. Human Resources Management provides students with a strategic understanding of workforce planning and development, compensations and benefits, global human resources management, and employee health and safety. Students who graduate with this specialization will be able to:
Conduct effective human resources planning for technological innovations in a global environment; Explain the processes of job analysis, staffing, appraisal and compensation, career training and development; Demonstrate cohesive team-management skills with a focus on group dynamics in an increasingly diverse workforce; Utilize various processes and tools for bargaining, negotiating and resolving disputes; Interpret and apply human resources principles in a global setting; and Evaluate ethical, social, civic, cultural, and political issues as they relate to the environment of human resource management.
