Program Description The Communication, Media, and Film and Philosophy combined program involves training in both communication, media, and film and philosophy.
Communication, Media, and Film allows students to explore the most dynamic changes in our increasingly complex media landscape as well as the broader cultural, social, economic and political implications of contemporary and emergent technologies.
Combined with philosophy, students can learn to appreciate the thoughts and ideas of people and places, and express and evaluate these ideas with respect to historical and modern contexts. Philosophy enables us to reflect on questions about who we are and how we should live, which are considerations important to the field of communication, media, and film as well.
Supplementary Fee: Only applicants who have taken post-secondary studies will be required to pay the $50 Supplementary Fee (indicated below).
