Program Description
Cambrian College's Graphic Design program prepares students to be creative and strategic visual communicators through a solid foundation of traditional and digital media art skills. Using current industry software in the College's graphic design labs, students learn how to creatively manipulate space, type, images, and colour to take their work from concept sketch to a strategically-designed printed, web-based, or electronic form. Projects provide students with practical experience in advertising campaigns, corporate branding, font design, website design, and much more. Students gain additional hands-on experience during a work placement in semester five.
