Program Description Our General Science program is a great choice if you are looking for a multidisciplinary education that allows you the freedom to explore your interests. It is very easy to move from the General Science program into a specific major at any point during your undergraduate degree.
Our General Science program has 10 departments for you to choose courses from:
Anthropology Biology Chemistry Computer Science Economics Geography Mathematical Sciences Geology Sustainability Sciences Physics You are also able to take courses in Environmental Studies, Applied Life Sciences, Environmental Science and Water Resource Sciences.
NOTE: Almost all Lakehead University programs are designed with courses that require successful completion of a a Fall session prerequisite course. As a result, students who choose to begin their academic studies in the Winter session will find the course selection extremely limited and will be restricted to attending on a part-time basis until the following Fall academic session. Most study permits require that the applicant is a full-time student. Because of this, It is recommended that students apply for a September start.
