Program Description Pharmaceutical Chemistry is a specialization within UOIT's Chemistry program. Individuals interested in this specialization will apply directly to Pharmaceutical Chemistry through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre using application code DSW.
Pharmaceutical chemistry involves the drug discovery process. The chemical design process and evaluation of potential future medications will be a prime focus.
UOIT’s Bachelor of Science and Management (Honours) is available to Faculty of Science students. The combination Science and Management program will consist of the curriculum from the selected Science program and 10 courses in business and management taken in Year 5 of the regular program or Year 6 of the co-op program. Graduates will benefit from a complete science education complemented by solid accounting, finance, operations, human resources and marketing skills.
