Program Description Economics is the study of decisions of participants in economic systems to discover regularities of behavior. The idea is that by gaining a better understanding of economic systems, society will be able to remedy undesirable results and achieve better ones. The economics program at Mount Allison is built around core courses in economic theory, policy analysis, mathematics, and econometrics.
