Course Description
Program Description This two-year Ontario College Diploma program delivered in a condensed format over 45 weeks prepares graduates for entry into the traditional field of illustration, as well as the emerging field of concept art. Students are introduced to other skills, such as print periodical illustration, children`s book illustration and illustration of graphic novels. Students develop industry-standard technical skills in digital and traditional media, as well as strong conceptual and creative skills. They work individually as artists and can contribute as team members to concept art projects. Experiential learning with industry partners provides real-life knowledge and skills, as well as networking opportunities.
